In 1999, help Shanghai Bao Steel Group American Branch to collect loan of 8 million dollars from a Canadian company, and solved all kinds of business risks successfully during negotiation process with the Canadian company, pushed the other side to complete the legal procedure of debt redemption, dissolved the crisis of huge debt faced by Bao Steel Group.

Represented Waitex to handle all kinds of international investment, financing negotiation, assisted to solve some business disputes, help draw up some kinds of corporate clauses and agreements. In current stage, assisting Waitex International Group to build up world top level outlets project of 5 hundred million dollars in Wu Qing Area, Tianjin.

During the period of China ranked first high technology & science area —Shang Hai Zhang Jiang High Technology & Science Area General Company setting up Representative Office in New York, America, represented it to purchase office building successfully near Imperial Building in Manhattan,  New York; then assisted it to represent many Chinese high technology & science companies to merge, cooperate with American companies for technical transfer, enterprises decoration and initial public offering in America.

In 1999, represented the California based Cathay Bank, when Federal Reserve Bank announced its sudden decision to close Golden City Bank within a week and the Bank was in an urgent need of a “successor”. Successfully winning the bid among forty bank bidders, taking over Golden City Bank at a thunder speed, and enabling the Bank to open for business right the next day, which avoided serious social and financial crisis and a possible “thousands of deposits bank run”. The quick move saved local community from social crisis and bank run, received praises from U.S. Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation（FDIC）. In 2007, represented Cathay Bank again to acquire Guan Dong Bank successfully with capital of 2 hundred million. During the period of international financial storm in 2008, cooperated with U.S. Federal Deposit & Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to force United Commercial Bank officially to close down and merger case with East West Bank.

We represented Hai Nan Airline to purchase Business Airplane of Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin Airplane Company, to conduct aircraft registration in U.S. Federal Aviation Commission, do legal service and financing loan for purchasing aviation apparatus and parts; Represented its affiliate, Hai Nan America Company to litigate with American General Corporate for trade dispute of aircraft engine.

For cases of initial public offering (IPO), cooperated with American mainstream lawyers to be responsible specially for risk and legal business with China. Represented securities dealers, investment dealers and Chinese companies to handle relevant merger, financing, IPO in oversea markets for many times. In 2008, represented American part successfully to acquire 6 Chinese companies, completed IPO procedure in Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Included Acquisition Case of Henan Ge Rui Steel Company, the first successful case after financial storm when Securities Exchange Act was revised strictly.

In 2007, represented a Chinese company to litigate with American Microsoft Company for sales contract dispute. Among 5 Microsoft sales agents, this company was the only one with Chinese background, and annual turnover 2.5 hundred million dollars. As limited by Microsoft contract terms (If Microsoft contracts were in default, any litigation about terms dispute shall proceed in local Washington State), under the double pressure of politics and business, our law firm finally won the lawsuit of contract explanation part in Washington State Court.
